Soaked it under the tap before our hike and tied it around my dog's neck—she actually stopped panting so hard by the time we hit the ridge. Made the summit selfie way less of a sweaty mess for both of us.

The cooling effect lasted way longer than I expected on our last hike, even in the afternoon sun. My dog actually seemed to enjoy wearing it, and the soak-and-tie design made it super easy to refresh at a stream crossing. Summit selfie approved.
