Soaked it for a minute before our trail loop and the cooling effect actually lasted the whole two hours, which surprised me. My pup kept trying to steal it off the other dog, so that's a pretty good sign it felt nice around the neck.

Took this on a hot afternoon hike and the soak-and-tie routine kept my pup noticeably calmer at the summit. The fabric stayed damp for a good hour and a half, which made the selfie moment way more pleasant than usual.

The soak-and-tie method took less than a minute, and it stayed put on my golden retriever during a two-mile climb. She was panting noticeably less by the time we hit the summit, and the photo op made it all worth it.
